Level 1 technical maintenance: (50-80 hours) increase in the content of daily maintenance
1. Clean the air filter and replace if necessary;
2. Replace the diesel filter, air filter, water filter;
3. Check and check the tension of the transmission belt;
4. Add lubricant to all grease fittings and lubrication parts;
5, replace the cooling water
Secondary technical maintenance: (250-300 hours) added to the daily maintenance and first-level maintenance content
1. Clean the piston, piston pin, cylinder liner, piston ring and connecting rod bearing and check the wear and tear;
2. Check whether the inner and outer rings of the rolling main bearing are loose;
3. Remove scale and sediment from the water channel of the cooling water system;
4. Remove the carbon deposits in the cylinder combustion chamber and the intake and exhaust ducts;
5. Check the wear and tear of the valve, valve seat, push rod and rocker arm, and adjust the grinding;
6. Clean the supercharger of the turbocharger rotor, check the bearing and impeller wear, and replace it if necessary;
7. Check if the bolts of the generator and diesel engine coupling are loose or slippery, and the problems should be repaired.
Three-level technical maintenance: (500-1000 hours) increased in daily maintenance, primary maintenance, secondary maintenance content
1. Check and adjust the fuel injection angle;

3. Clean the oil pan;
4. Check the atomization of the injection nozzle
