The YC6MK series diesel engine for power generation uses the top P7100 oil pump, low-inertia small-aperture P-type injector and Honeywell's new high-efficiency supercharger. Its fuel consumption index is far better than that of domestic products with the same power level. It uses Yuchai's proprietary piston ring sealing technology and valve oil seal technology. Its lubricating oil consumption is more than 20% lower than that of domestic products with the same power level. It uses 42CrMo forged steel crankshaft, high-pressure forging, high-frequency quenching of the shaft diameter and fillet, which improves fatigue strength and wear resistance. It is developed for reliability in strict accordance with the mechanical development procedures of the German FEV company. The overhaul period of the whole machine is more than 12,000 hours.

Model introduction:
■ Adopting integral crankcase, rear gear chamber and patented point-line meshing technology, the noise is lower than similar domestic products;  
■ Wet cylinder liner structure, easy to maintain;  
■ Average effective pressure, power per liter and other indicators are at the leading level in China;
