After waste incineration, the volume will be reduced by more than 90%, and the sinter can be used as building materials or backfill materials. Unit 2 is expected to be integrated into the grid in January 2014.

According to the regulations, the garbage incineration power generation enterprises in normal operation in Jiangsu Province can enjoy the subsidy of on-grid tariffs at the national and provincial levels exceeding 400 million yuan.
It is understood that since April 1, 2012, Jiangsu Province will use the domestic waste as a raw material for waste incineration power generation projects to calculate the electricity price according to the amount of waste disposal into the factory, and to implement the unified garbage power grid price, 0.65 yuan per kWh. It is higher than the benchmark electricity price of coal-fired units in Jiangsu Province by about 0.20 yuan.
