YC4A series engine is a classic power product developed by Yuchai with a market share of more than 400,000 units. The engine for generator sets developed on its basis has the advantages of reliability and durability, energy saving and environmental protection, compact structure, strong transient loading capacity, and good maintainability.
Main features of YC4A
The main structures of the engine, such as the engine block, cylinder head, crankshaft and connecting rod, have been tested for a long time, ensuring the high reliability of the whole machine.
Adopting advanced and mature BOSCH electronic common rail + high-efficiency supercharged intercooler technology, the fuel injection amount is accurately controlled, the air intake is sufficient, and the diesel engine is guaranteed to have full combustion, low fuel consumption and low emissions under different load conditions.
Adopting a full-flow oil cooler, the heat dissipation efficiency is increased by 30%, which effectively reduces the oil temperature so that the oil can lubricate the parts at a reasonable temperature and reduce friction loss. The cylinder head is designed with an integrated water outlet manifold to reduce the sealing surface and improve the sealing reliability. The piston is cooled by an internal cooling oil channel, which effectively reduces the piston temperature and has a long service life. The product performance meets the G3 performance level requirements in GB2820, and the emission meets the requirements of GB 20891 National IlI (T3).
